In the app: open Info (iPhone) or the ⋮ menu (Android) and tap Delete account. Or email support@scanoma.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". Within 30 days we delete your account and any photos you sent to our doctors, and email you when it's done. Payment records we must keep by law are retained without your photos.
